Second to eighth-ranked teams from NVL Superliga mid-season standings and all seven NVL Visha liga teams to take part in 1/8 Finals: Arda Kurdzhali, LukOil Neftohimik Burgas, Pirin Balkanstroy Razlog, Levski Siconco Sofia and Marek Union-Ivkoni Dupnitsa, Slaviya Sofia, Montana, KVK Gabrovo, Kaliakra Kavarna, Minyor Pernik, Cherno more BASK Varna, Victoria Volley Plovdiv, UNSS Sofia and Dunav Ruse. Match-ups determined by mid-season standings. Superliga leader CSKA Sofia placed directly in the 1/4 Finals.
