In 1/4 Finals, each of the four teams ranked from 1 to 4 (CSKA Sofia, Levski Siconco Sofia, LukOil Neftohimik Burgas and Marek Union Ivkoni Dupnitsa) in Superliga 2008-2009 Final Standings to play a team ranked from 5 to 8 (Pirin Balkanstroy Razlog, Arda Kurdzhali, Montana and Cherno more BASK Varna), determined by drawing of lots.
